My sister wrote a post yesterday about how our family loves Ranch Dressing. This is not an understatement in any way. The kids love ranch and want to eat it with about everything. When I read her post yesterday it made me chuckle because she made the comment that she wonders if it is hereditary in our family. I believe she is right because by the time the youngest one can talk they are asking for Ranch Dressing.
The other day we were eating sloppy joes for lunch and the baby starts saying, "Ranch, Ranch, Ranch."
I look at my husband and say,"What could she possibly want Ranch with?"
We gave her just a little bit on her plate and she proceeded to dip her sloppy joe sandwich in the Ranch dip. I now that sounds crazy but at least she ate her lunch.
Here is a list of items my kids would dip their Ranch in if mom let them:
Hot dogs
Apples
Green beans
Ham
French Fries
Pizza
Orange slices
Watermelon
Basically anything you can pick up with your fingers they would dip in ranch.
Dusty just wanted to let you know that your mom fits right in with the Jensen Girls.

What I dip into Ranch...sometimes my chicken, pizza and I actually put it on my salad now and then! Neither one of my boys likes Ranch dressing...Dusty will eat Ranch Dip with chips but that's it...lol.
Ranch dressing is good on a baked potato and I agree with Lisa, SALAD!! Papa loves Ranch, but don't try to trick him with the low-fat kind. Ranch, ranch, ranch!!!! Nana C
This reminds me of the Hidden Valley Ranch commercial where all the kids eat Ranch and vegetables at the fair instead of candy. My kids eat BBQ sauce with everything like that. It always seems to make things taste better to them.
I guess Ranch is better than ketchup! I get on my hubby all the time about how he "ruins" food with ketchup.
We are ranch/pizza eaters here!
This post cracked me up because my kids are ranch fiends, too. They would put ranch on everything if I would let them. Our list includes, but is not limited to: Steak, Hamburgers, Fries, Pizza, Chicken, and Ham. I love it on my fries, onion rings, and pizza, but that is about it. OH...and my salad:)
