Those who plant in tears will harvest SHOUTS OF JOY. They weep as they plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the HARVEST.

Pretty Boring

These past few days in our house have been very uneventful. I sit here and think about what we have done this week and I am sad to say that we have done nothing. Man would I die if I had to live in Alaska. I just can't get motivated to do anything.

Today for breakfast each kid got two fried eggs and that was it because I have nothing else in the house but can't seem to get my rear to the store. For lunch my oldest found three cans of tomatoe soup and fixed those along with some quisadillas. Yeah, I am glad I have a creative duaghter who is willing to help.

So my goal for the rest of the day is to read to the kids, take a nap(I know pretty selfish), and go grocery shopping tonight when hubby gets home so I don't have to take all of the kids. O.k. as I read this I see myself not even trying to be a Proverbs 31 woman. I will seek God today and try to do better tomorrow.

Boring can certainly be better than other times.

I need, need to go to the store! We are nearly out of toilet paper.

When you're pregnant with your seventh baby, you get to take naps, give yourself breaks when you need them, and be "lazy" whenever you feel the need. There's a rule. I've seen it.

You happen to be human sis...Proverb 31 or not...like tonight I have absolutely NO desire to cook dinner...I don't even want to be in the kitchen and that's very strange for me...lol...but I know I will end up in there soon...trying to figure out what to feed the troops.
Love ya....

Yep, I've read that rule somewhere too. You deserve a nap to take care of yourself and that precious little one.

Can I just pretend that I'm pregnant with baby number seven - then when I do all of these things I AT LEAST have an excuse to fall back on!

I have had those day too. You need the rest anyways, and your kids are really good about taking care of each other. I can not wait to get outside and do something.

You're pregnant, taking a nap is allowed, without feeling guilty or selfish for it! It is a rule!
Lazy days are just mandatory sometimes.

Sleep away chickie! After Jensen Seven comes, sleep will be a thing of the past. You will look back on your post and say...'ah, those were the days':)
